基于線粒體基因序列和齒舌對古氏非螺分類地位的探討

【摘要】 對古氏非螺(Afer cumingii(Reeve,1844))的齒舌形態以及線粒體CO1和16S rRNA基因序列進行了分析,并以犬齒螺科種類為外群,采用鄰接法(NJ)和最大簡約法(MP)構建了系統發育樹。結果表明,古氏非螺的齒舌具有典型的蛾螺科種類特征;古氏非螺在系統樹上與蛾螺科種類聚在一起,而不與犬齒螺科種類聚類。齒舌形態和線粒體基因分析的結果都表明古氏非螺屬于蛾螺科,進一步證實了將非螺屬修訂到蛾螺科的結論。

【Abstract】 The mitochondrial CO1 and 16S rRNA gene sequences and radular morphology of Afer cumingii were analyzed in this study. The radula of A. cumingii is typical buccinid, consisting two rows of sickle-like lateral teeth with three cusps and a row of central teeth which also have three cusps. The neighbor joining and maximum parsimony trees based on CO1 and 16S rRNA genes constructed using MEGA 4.1 software showed that A. cumingii grouped with species of family Buccinidae, corroborating the conclusion that genus Afer should be transferred from Turbinellidae(Vasidae) to Buccinidae.
